Until now, getting a brand-new reseller’s report format into TaskifAI meant asking us to build support for it. Parser Studio lets you do it yourself, without writing any code. You upload one sample file from the reseller, and an assistant reads it, works out which columns hold products, quantities, dates, stores, and sales values, and shows you a live preview of how it will be read. Where something is ambiguous, it asks you a plain-English question in a chat panel — you confirm or correct, and the preview updates instantly.

When to use it

  • You’ve started working with a reseller whose format TaskifAI doesn’t recognise yet.
  • An existing reseller has changed their report layout.

How it works

1

Start a new parser

Open Parser Studio and start a new parser.
2

Upload a sample file

Pick which reseller this file is for, and upload one representative report.
3

Review the detected columns

Green means the assistant is confident. Amber means it wants you to confirm.
4

Answer any questions

Resolve the amber items by answering the assistant’s questions in the chat.
5

Check the preview, then publish

Review the preview table and the quality checks below it, then publish.

After you publish

Once published, future files from that reseller are recognised automatically and flow straight into the normal upload → review → approve process.
If a reseller later changes their layout, TaskifAI spots the drift and prompts you to re-tune the parser with the new file. Your existing version stays safe until you publish a new one.
